IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea

IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea is a middle distance triathlon on Sunday 12th July 2026 in South Wales. It consists of a 1.2 mile swim in the Prince of Wales Dock, a 56 mile undulating bike ride through the scenic Mumbles and Gower followed by a 13.1 mile run down Swansea Bay before finishing in Museum Gardens in Swansea centre.
