River Taf Path

Starting in Laugharne, this is a lovely stroll along the River Tôf. Towards the end of the trail, the path heads upwards through a wooded area, allowing for a pleasant change of scenery and views before heading back to the trailhead.

The trail starts near Laugharne Castle, which in itself is already worth a visit. The castle dates back to the 12th century and has gone through many changes since. You'll also find plenty of places to have some lunch in Laugharne before or after embarking on the river walk.
