River Towy from Quayside

From the Quayside car park, the trail crosses and winds along the River Towy with views over the water and a chance to spot some wildlife. Enjoy this gentle riverside trail but take care on the rougher sections especially in wetter conditions. Appropriate footwear is advised for this trail. There are points of interest and places for refreshments near the trail head including Carmarthen Castle.
