Cefn Carn-Fadog, Foel Fraith and Garreg Lwyd

This trail starts near Cam-Twrch Uchaf and takes you along the Afon Twrch through the valley at a gentle incline, which steepens significantly as you veer away from the stream and head up Cefn Carn-Fadog.

From here, continue to Foel Faith and Garreg Lwyd, taking in gorgeous views of the surrounding Y Mynydd Du landscape before retracing your steps back to the trailhead.
