Carreg Cennan, Tair Carn Uchaf, Tair Carn Isaf Circular

This challenging but rewarding ramble takes you into the heart of the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. After visiting the dramatic ruins of Carreg Cennen Castle, you'll head for the wild, open moors. The ground can be quite boggy, so you'll want some sturdy, waterproof boots! Look out for Red Kites soaring overhead as you make your way to the ancient cairns. The views from the ridge are absolutely breathtaking, a great reward for the challenges of the walk.
