Three Cliffs Bay
About
Three Cliffs bay takes its name from the three limestone sea cliffs that jut out into the bay. Pennard Pill, a large stream, flows the salt marshes and out into the sea in the middle of the bay.
This trail takes you from the Gower Heritage Centre, an interesting place in its own right, which hosts a flour mill powered by Gower's only working water mill.
There are a few rough, rocky and muddy parts along this route as well as some river crossings where care is needed. The beach offers a lovely option to make your day even longer, just be aware of tide times if heading out.
