Cefn Bryn, Mill Wood and Oxwich Beach Circular

Enjoy this stunning and varied trail, covering ancient ridges, woods, beaches and dunes with scenic views of the Gower coast. The route starts in Penmaen and follows the Cefn Bryn ridge through a section of The Gower Way long-distance trail. It continues towards Oxwich, passing charming countryside, including Mill Wood. The final stage follows a section of the Wales Coastal Path along Ocwich Beach and Nicholaston Beach to the starting point. Take care of the rougher sections of this route, especially in wet conditions. Preparing suitable footwear and layers is best for enjoying the walk thoroughly.
