Caswell to Pwl Ddu Head

This out-and-back trail takes in views of Bristol Channel, Caswell Bay and its rugged coastline. Gower Peninsula was the first designated AONB in the UK back in 1956. The park here today provides visitors with the chance to see a variety of wildlife and natural habitats. It is also a great park for cycling, running and water sports and is ideal for bringing the whole family. Make sure to check the tide timetable before hand. Parking and refreshments are available near Foreshore Car Park.
