Llangennith to Worms Head via Rhossili Down

Starting in Llangennith, the trail begins with a climb over Rhossili Down where you can enjoy the lovely views over the bay, before winding beside the cliffs and coming to the tidal causeway at Worms Head. This section can only be completed at low tide so please be aware of these times before heading out.

The Worms Head section is very rough and rocky with slippery stretches where you may need to use your hands. Take your time here to enjoy this scenic and interesting section.

The trail then returns to the start past Rhossili Bay Beach which offers a lovely detour on the way back.

There are very rough sections along this trail which become very slippery in wetter conditions. Sturdy footwear is therefore required.
