Crynant Forest via Sarn Helen

This trail takes you along a short section of Sarn Helen, an ancient Roman road that stretches through Wales, as you head up into Crynant Forest. The views from the top across the Neath Valley are lovely and you can also keep an eye out for birds of prey like Red Kites soaring above you. Parking at the trailhead is limited, so be sure to park with care.
