Cwmavon, Margam Forest, and River Afan Circular

Starting in Cwmavon, the trail heads across the River Afan, through the trees of Margam Forest, over the open hillside, and back to the start via the river once more. Along the way you can enjoy the scenic paths and keep an eye out for wildlife.

The trail is along a combination of paved roads, lanes, and rougher paths so care is needed around vehicles and in wetter conditions when the terrain becomes more difficult. Appropriate footwear is advised.
