Parrog to Dinas Head

A beautiful trail along the Pembrokeshire Coast, starting in Parrog and passing Cwm-yr-Eglwys and Pwllgwaelod before retracing its steps back to the trailhead. The views along the way are absolutely stunning, and the trail is relatively level until it heads up to Dinas Head, which is a bit of an incline and just as swift of a descent.

You'll find a pub in Pwllgwaelod, which makes for a great halfway stop for lunch before heading back to the trailhead in Parrog. Enjoy!
