Parrog to Aberfforest Waterfall

Starting in Parrog, the trail winds along the coastal path passing Cat Rock and Penrhyn y Fforest on the way to Aberfforest Beach and eventually the waterfall within the forest. The trail then returns along the same route.

Take care on the rougher sections, especially in wetter and windy conditions and beside the steep cliffs. Appropriate footwear is required.
