Northern Way of St David

About

This is a beautiful trail taking in great views, scenic paths, and interesting historical sites as you make your way along the amazing and famous coastal path from Fishguard to St Davids. A pilgrimage to St Davids, along with Santiago in Spain, was offered by the Pope in 1123 as an alternative during the Crusades, and the small city saw many pilgrims make the journey.

This trail can be completed over a number of days so take your time to enjoy the scenery and visit the sites along the way. Take care on the rougher sections, especially in wetter and windy conditions along the exposed cliffs, as well as along the roads sections. Appropriate footwear, plenty of food and water, and sun protection are all required for this trail.
