Southern Way of St David

St Davids became an important destination, on par with the Spanish Camino, for pilgrims during the Medieval period with many making the journey to the magnificent cathedral. Completed over a number of days, the full trail sees you take in winding coastal paths, amazing views out to sea, and interesting historical sites passing beaches, headlands, coves, and bays.

There are some sections along this trail that will require careful timing with the low tide so please be aware of these times before heading out. There are also very rough and narrow sections along cliffs where careful footing and appropriate footwear are required, especially in wetter and windy conditions. Enjoy this amazing journey and take your time to explore the historic sites along the way.
