Poppit Sands and Bae Ceibwr Circular

This is a beautiful circular route taking you from Poppit Sands, across farmlands to Bae Ceibwr, and back via the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

Along the way you will pass through the woodlands, the ruins of Capel Soar, the site of Pen Castell Promontory Fort, and Cemaes Head Nature Reserve.

The coastal path is very rough and narrow along the steep, unfenced cliffs so take great care with footing, especially in wetter and windy conditions. This trail is best attempted in calm, clear, and dry weather. Appropriate footwear is required.

The inland parts are along bridleways and field paths and some sections of paved road. Some of the bridleways are overgrown, but still passable. There may be livestock along the farm sections.
