Activate West Wales are working to reduce inequalities in physical activity so that everyone in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Swansea and Neath Port Talbot can live more active, healthier lives.

We bring organisations together across sectors to understand the real barriers facing our communities and give partners the confidence and support to take action in their local area. Activate West Wales | Creating the Conditions for a More Active Region
