Swansea Bay parkrun

Swansea Bay parkrun is a free, weekly 5k community event where people of all ages and abilities are welcome to walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate. It takes place every Saturday at 9:00 am along the seafront. The event is inclusive and open to everyone, with no time limits and no pressure to achieve specific speeds.
