Cycle Route 43 parkrun, Ystalyfera

Cycle Route 43 parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k community event that encourages people of all ages and abilities to walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate. The event takes place every Saturday at 9:00 am and is open to the entire local community, regardless of gender or experience level.
