My name is Lisa Pudner, Disability Sport Wales Development Officer for Carmarthenshire.

Within Carmarthenshire there are currently existing clubs and provisions offering a variety of sporting activities for people with disabilities, including athletics, archery, canoeing, karate, table tennis and tennis. Please contact me for more information on how to get involved.
