Tenby Adventure

Tenby Adventure provides guided coasteering and sea kayaking experiences along the Pembrokeshire Coast, operating from Tenby within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Activities explore a rugged limestone shoreline featuring sea caves, tidal channels, and sheltered coves shaped by Atlantic swell. Sessions are led by experienced local guides and run in small groups, allowing routes and challenges to be adapted to conditions and ability.

Coasteering involves swimming, scrambling, and optional jumps, while sea kayaking offers a calmer way to explore the coastline. No previous experience is required. All specialist equipment is provided, and activities are planned around tides and weather to ensure safe, enjoyable conditions.
