IRONMAN Wales is a long distance triathlon on Sunday 13th September 2026 based in Tenby, Pembrokeshire. The event consists of a 2.4 mile sea swim, a 112 mile bike ride around Pembrokeshire and a 26.2mile run around Tenby itself.
With simpler movements & lower intensity, this class is perfect for people starting their fitness journey, older adults, families & anyone looking to build confidence. Circuit routines provide an all-body workout as you tackle exercises designed to get you fitter & stronger.
